Each morning by 7am you will receive a 15-minute yoga video to start your day.  These videos will be yours to keep and use at any time.

During the 21 days; we will explore different aspects of yoga from movement to breath to stillness in order to cultivate a practice that you can continue to do on your own. 

These classes are specifically designed to help you strengthen, tone, and feel good about yourself.
