What is hypnosis?

It is a state to tap into the subconscious mind, where our memories and emotions are stored bypassing the conscious mind where our logic is stored.

During a session, you will be guided into this receptive state where suggestions are then given to your subconscious mind to have positive effects on your life.

What is hypnosis like?

Have you ever “become really absorbed” while watching TV? Or driven to work on “auto-pilot?”

That’s the same kind of altered state as hypnosis. It’s like when you watch a movie. You are relaxed and focused at the same time. You’ve tuned out the rest of the world and are involved in the story.

So much so, your body reacts to things happening on the screen and feels them as if they were real. Consciously you know it’s just light on a screen but your subconscious registers fear, joy, and the emotions swell anyway.

What can hypnosis help?

Hypnosis has proven very effective in many areas of well being including; sleep disorders, weight management, sports improvements, letting go of relationships and discovering past lives to help improve your current life.

Hypnosis allows clients not only the well-being of deep relaxation and stress reduction but also the ability to reinforce good habits and the empowerment to change undesirable ways.

How much hypnosis is required to see effects?

That varies from person to person but generally, changes are seen

very quickly – sometimes after just one session.

TESTIMONIALS

You've changed my life. At least the last month.

I keep waiting for the shoe to drop. But not yet. Thank you

Julie -Sleep disorder

Thought you’d like to know it’s working. I’m not 100% off the junk food, but I’d say I’m about 85% of the way there and I really have to think through it to reach out. It’s no longer a default. For that I’m very grateful.
